NEW CONTRACTS
A possible turning point for Italian telecommunications is undoubtedly represented by the project for the construction of a single national fiber optic network, which will allow Italy to experience unprecedented digital development.
Cogepa Telecommunication S.p.A. as agent of the R.T.I., with the award of the TIM tenders for the activities of building the secondary FTTH network in Campania, Umbria and Marche, for the period 2021-2025, wants to contribute and become the protagonist of this important project.
The CEO, Vincenzo Paone, defined this moment as the beginning of a dream, in fact in Campania it will cover about 70% of the entire territory and 100% of the Umbrian and Marchigiano territory.

NEW CONTRACTS
The CO.GE.PA. Telecommunication SPA wins the Terna tender for the execution of civil works and laying of underground electrical cables HV> 132KV up to 220KV, rightfully joining the elite of companies operating in the high voltage field. This result, which affects a large area of ​​the North-East territories, demonstrates how the corporate growth recorded in recent years in the energy sector goes hand in hand with development in the telecommunications sector.The CO.GE.PA. Telecommunication SPA, as always, will be engaged in the field with the most advanced machinery and highly qualified personnel, to maintain the high quality standard imposed by the client.
#TogetherWeWin PROJECT
On 24 October last, at the Grand Hotel Vanvitelli, the #TogetherWeWin project was illustrated with the aim of stimulating the growth of internal workforce, already affiliated companies and the entry of new partners.
The project, starting on November 2nd, consists of an incentive plan aimed at increasing the FTEs, closely related to the mission of COGEPA, diversified for the three aforementioned objectives. The first, the search for internal manpower, for those who will be able to fulfill this task, different prizes are foreseen according to the sector in which the new resource is located. For the second and third objectives, the parameters on the basis of which the incentives will be assigned are three: average number of FTEs, safety and quality of work and per capita production of each FTE. In practice, all the companies that respect precise conditions regarding the aforementioned terms over time, will be able to enjoy as many benefits, such as surplus on the production achieved, rapid payments and facilitations on the purchase of equipment and means.The results of this initiative will be discussed in a second meeting, scheduled for early February, in which the response in the next three months will be discussed.
SA8000 CERTIFICATION
Cogepa Telecommunication has always been attentive to the working conditions and well-being of its employees, which is why it has freely started the process of obtaining certification to the international standard SA8000, which was successfully and with enormous satisfaction.
The SA8000 standard, recognized worldwide and drawn up by CEPAA, specifically aims to guarantee certain aspects of company management, such as respect for human rights, protection against the exploitation of minors, health and safety guarantees in the workplace and not least the continuous monitoring and improvement of the same.
This certification is of fundamental importance for a company that wants credibility and competitiveness in the labor market.
