RESULTS

For the first Equipment & PPE point, the requests were:
  • Periodic verification (at least quarterly) of PPE and equipment
  • Review Management and Assignment of Fire Extinguishers
  • Different PPE according to processes (ex. Asphalts)
For the second subcontract management point:
  • Required greater controls on the quality of subcontract work;
  • Request to reduce subcontract work during periods of low work  Delivery.
For the third 360° Training point:
  • Training on the management system (XME);
  • Training on Customer systems;
  • Internal training.
  • Streamlining procedure for materials requests
For the fourth Technical Regulations point:
  • Provide Technical Specifications (including updates);
  • Related training courses.
For the fifth point:
  • Lack of correspondence between physical stock and system stock
  • Streamline the Material Requests procedure
For the sixth point:
  • Foreman communication
  • PMG (control by both AT and CS)
  • Daily accounting (measurement, system loading, accounting)
